Synopsis

The Theatre Royal Haymarket is proud to host the Big Jewish Comedy Gala (Sunday 11 January 2026), an evening celebrating leading Jewish comedians, following a series of high-profile cancellations on the UK comedy circuit and the wider entertainment and the boycott of Jewish performers.

Headlining the event is Simon Brodkin (Sunday Night at The Palladium, The John Bishop Show), with support from Sara Barron (Live at the Apollo, Would I Lie To You), Olivia Lee (The Tonight Show With Jay Leno, Balls of Steel), Bennett Arron (The Kosher Comedian, Alone), and Rachel Creeger (Sunday Morning Live, Hapless). Compering the show will be the 2015 Jewish Comedian of the Year, Philip Simon (My Family, Muppets Most Wanted).

As well as providing an outstanding line up, the night aims to raise much needed funds for the Community Security Trust, a charity that provides advice, security services and equipment to Jewish schools, organisations and synagogues across the UK. 2,000 dedicated volunteers and over 100 members of staff power CST’s mission to support everyone in the Jewish community, especially in these challenging times.
