Box Office Assistant & Phoneroom Assistant/Box Office Clerk – both Full Time
We are looking for the following team members to join a small team in one of London’s oldest theatres.
Box Office Assistant
You will be first point of contact for customers, processing bookings and enquiries from both customers and ticket agents.
You will be required to work four 10-hour shifts per week, 10am to 8pm spread across Monday-Saturday, with the occasional opportunity for overtime.
We request:
– Experience working within a theatre box office or ticketing office environment which is essential.
– Knowledge of Line-Up ticketing system desirable.
– A high standard of in person, email and phone etiquette.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve.
Salary £720.00 per week. Bectu Grade 3
Phoneroom Assistant/Box Office Clerk
You will be processing bookings and enquiries for customers via telephone and email.
You will be required to work four 10-hour shifts per week, 10am to 8pm spread across Monday-Saturday.
We request:
– Previous experience in a call centre setting is beneficial.
– Knowledge of Line-Up ticketing system desirable.
– A high standard of in person, email and phone etiquette.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve.
Salary £594.13 per week. Bectu Grade 6
An interest in theatre and any relevant experience that you can bring would be advantageous to both roles.
